My head almost exploded when I saw this LGBT friendly story on the local news. Especially since it was about LGBT accepting churches here in the Dallas area. Usually we only make the news when they are talking about legislation, and it’s very dry and impersonal. (via NBC Dallas-Fort Worth)

Justice Dept. to Stop Defending Federal Law on Gay... →
While this is great news, Congress still has the option of hiring lawyers to defend the law. Also groups like NOM can step in and continue the legal fight. Actually I’m hoping NOM does step in to defend it. The reason is I want it to bankrupt them. Also the more they speak the more people will see them as the hate group we all know they are.
